The hotel's lobby is grand and impressive, and the rooms are spacious with comfortable bedding and modern amenities such as a mini-bar and tea/coffee facilities. the location is convenient, with easy access to shops and restaurants in the nearby area. Another advantage is the on-site fitness room, which had a good range of equipment and weights.
Although the hotel has its positive aspects, there were some areas for improvement. the internet connection was slow and was charged for separately, which was inconvenient.

Hotel is very nice and in the perfect location for business and shopping in Shanghai. Very good value for money. The spa is excellent after the hazards of Shanghai traffic. A good selection of retaurants for dinner.
I felt the front desk are a bit abrupt in comparison to the nearby competition.

Location is great, although it is quite dated compare with 15 years ago. It is still quite comfortable, lower 5 star hotel. One of the best choices in Shanghai at this price range.
The internet is not good, and they still apply a charge on it. Room needs renovation.

The hotel is conveniently located near two metro stations, making it easy to explore the city. It is also surrounded by a variety of quality restaurants, offering a diverse range of dining options. the hotel is situated right in the town center, providing easy access to shopping centers and other attractions.
The bathroom facilities in the rooms could use some improvement, as they are showing signs of wear and may not meet the expectations of all guests.

We enjoyed the Spa facilities. My husband had not one but two Hot Rock massages and said it was the best he has ever had! From our room we had an excellent view of the city and at night the lights were spectacular! Excellent hotel in an excellent city. So glad we had the opportunity to visit.

The hotel had exclusive amenities and the room was luxurious and spacious with a beautiful view. the service was exceptional and the staff was friendly and efficient.
The breakfast buffet was slightly overpriced and some of the items were not freshly made. However, the staff managed to provide great service despite a few minor delays during peak hours.
